After meeting with three other realtors, I decided to work with Elizabeth. I found the process of selling my home to be stress free (other than packing). Based on her advice, I moved my family out before listing. It was tough but worth it. As we came down to the listing date, Elizabeth got on the phone and helped me schedule handyman, pest inspector, carpet cleaners as I was thoroughly overwhelmed. I hired a stager based on her advice as well and it was worth it. The listing price seemed to high too me but Elizabeth saw something in my house and the market that I did not. We were actually down in Orange County during the selling phase and I did not have to think about the process once. I highly recommend Elizabeth if you are selling the house in the sacramento area.
