A Little Bit of Hollywood in Pictures
Elizabeth Weintraub in front of what used to be Grauman’s Chinese Theater.
We flew to Los Angeles this weekend to catch Hamilton at The Hollywood Pantages and do a little bit of Hollywood stuff. Some of you know that I used to live in Orange County and sold real estate when I owned my own brokerage in Newport Beach from the 1970s to the 1980s. During that time, I often drove up to LA but never really spent much time in the city. I never engaged much in a little bit of Hollywood activity stuff except for the time I appeared thrice on the TV show Love Connection. But that’s a blog for another time.
This trip from Sacramento we decided to do some of the tourist stuff I’ve never done. Like stroll Hollywood Boulevard and check out the stars on the Walk of Fame. Every so often, being the Sacramento Realtor that I am, I did need to hug a wall to chat on my phone. Below are photos showcasing a little bit of Hollywood that I hope you’ll enjoy.
6400 block of Hollywood Blvd.
Intersection of Hollywood and Vine, Capitol Records and Pantages.
Party pony (why not?) being tied with a ribbon in front of Dream Hotel on Selma.
Zealots, harlots and tour guides claim blocks on Hollywood Blvd.
Gene Autrey is the only entertainer with all 5 stars on Hollywood Walk of Fame, but I love Mary Tyler Moore.
