homes in Natomas
When I interviewed with the sellers to sell their Hamptons Village home, they had already talked with a bunch of other Natomas Realtors. I don’t know how I got into this on the tail end of the situation, but I knew when I walked out I had the listing. Other agents generally do not sell real estate the way I do it. Further, they don’t have my four decades of experience. As one guy put it to me yesterday, he wasn’t even born when I started to sell real estate, and he’s 44.
The seller of this beautifully remodeled home in Hamptons Village hoped I would fall in love with his design and selection of materials. He was correct. Absolutely right. It blew me away when I walked in the door, so I know it will have the same affect on a home buyer. His choice of color and mix of subtle hues of gray with brilliant white is simply gorgeous.
It’s not just the open floor plan that will entice buyers. It’s the shades of gray in all the right places. It’s the gray wood floors on the main level. Maybe the waterproof vinyl plank floors in the updated baths. Or, maybe it’s the fabulous kitchen I wish I had now in my own house.
There are almost no homes built after 2007 in the south area of Natomas except this Willow Creek Natomas home. When I looked in MLS inventory, I found 3 homes and two of those are in the lower-end Riverdale neighborhood. None in Willow Creek except this magnificent two-story built in 2008. According to the County Assessor, it’s almost 2,300 square feet. Doesn’t this sound good to you?
Wait, there is even more. The sellers recently installed beautiful wood-like laminate planked flooring in the entertainment area and entry. Really opens up the space and provides a clean play area for children. Or, it could be a formal living room for you, but who needs a formal living room anymore anyway?
Finally, a home for sale in Sacramento that first-time home buyers can purchase and also get a credit to buyer for $4,000. The buyer can use that money to buy a new dishwasher and range. One of the seller’s disgruntled family members removed those appliances from the kitchen. There’s even enough money leftover to buy a brand new stainless refrigerator.
Need furniture? There’s quite a bit of abandoned furniture left in this home that is yours for the taking. Or, the buyer can sell it at a garage sale after closing escrow. A lot of the furniture is in fairly good shape. There is a sofa, a kitchen table with chairs, a couple of children’s beds, a few dressers.
No joke, I hear this updated Astoria condo in Natomas is calling out to you. I hear it, saying psst, wouldn’t you love a secluded condo tucked away at the back of the complex with a marvelous view of the greenbelt and all of the upgrades you’ve ever wanted at an affordable price? Sure, why not. The view out the window of this condo looks like you’re living somewhere nice in Europe, in a small community where people trot by with their dogs, and the world is peaceful and quiet. It can take your mind off things.
